Returns

All items purchased from Luzleaf Plants are eligible for a return within 21 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened condition with all tags and labels attached.

No Damage: The item must be free from any damage or wear.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized to your specifications.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.

Return Process

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on our Contact Us page.

Obtain a Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be included with your return package.

Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided in your Return Authorization. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Refund: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets all the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.
