Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for orders below $75 is a flat rate of $10.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of reputable shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

​General Policy

All items purchased from Luzleaf Plants are eligible for a return within 21 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • No Damage: The item must be free from any damage or wear.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized to your specifications.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.

Return Process

  • Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on our Contact Us page.

  • Obtain a Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be included with your return package.

  • Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided in your Return Authorization. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Refund: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets all the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions.  

  • Our return policy is subject to change without notice.
